Planning has never been simpler — or more enjoyable. To help you make the most of your time, Savaya offers two tailored event packages: one for daytime events and one for nighttime celebrations. Clear options, seamless planning, and no unnecessary complications.
All Savaya events include mandatory security and professional cleaning. This ensures a safe, well-managed environment while allowing you to focus fully on your guests and the celebration itself — without the stress of set-up, pack-down, or post-event clean-up.

Upon confirmation of your booking and payment of the deposit, a comprehensive Terms & Conditions document will be emailed to you. These terms are detailed, clear, and carefully designed to ensure every event held at Savaya is safe, respectful, and enjoyable for all guests, staff, and suppliers involved.
Savaya is a private home. Safety, respect, and responsible conduct are non-negotiable. Our Terms & Conditions are in place to protect everyone and to ensure your event runs smoothly from start to finish.
Outlined below are several key conditions for your consideration prior to booking. Please ensure these align with your event vision before proceeding.
Key Event Conditions
Respect
All guests, event staff, suppliers, and Savaya representatives must be treated with courtesy and respect at all times. Disrespectful behaviour toward any individual will not be tolerated.
Conduct & Behaviour
Guests are expected to act responsibly and maintain appropriate personal boundaries throughout the event. Any form of unsafe, aggressive, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate action and may lead to the event being terminated.
Alcohol Consumption
If alcohol is to be served by staff, a licensed professional must be engaged. Guests may bring their own alcohol for personal consumption; however, Savaya reserves the right to restrict or cease alcohol consumption for any individual displaying signs of intoxication. All guests consuming alcohol must be of legal drinking age.
Illegal Substances
Savaya maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward illegal substances. Any presence or use of illegal drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate consequences.
Event Timing
Event hire is strictly limited to the agreed booking timeframe. Events must conclude at the designated end time, and all guests are required to vacate the premises promptly. No extensions or ongoing gatherings are permitted, as Savaya returns to being a private residence outside of event hours.
These terms exist to protect our home, our guests, and your event experience. By booking with Savaya, you acknowledge and agree to uphold these conditions in full.
